Whomever "Rich" is at Garden Gate Magazine, tell him to clean up/inspect his email address book for suspicious contacts. His email address is sending out email spam. If this is not the case then your www.gardengatemag.com URL/domain is being used to send out mass spam from rich@gardengatemag.com. I would suggest that you do not allow any type of Unicode in emails being sent out from your email domain.
If I got an email from some Cyrillic spelled name as <rich@gardengatemag.com> then thousands of others have too and will likely block any emails from your domain.
