Hi, does anyone know if you can start your peonies in peat pots and then set them in the garden? I have never grown peonies, but trying them this year if we ever get to spring, lol.

Peonies are best planted directly in the garden in spring or fall. Place the roots so the reddish eyes are 1-2" below the soil surface. They may take a couple of years before they start blooming, but once they do, you'll be in for quite a show!
The great thing about gardening is that you always get a chance to start over!
